What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site, request a guide, or use the calculators, I collect what you enter yourself: name, email, phone number, and any details you choose to share about buying or selling. The calculators don't send your inputs anywhere, they run in your browser.

How I use it

I use your information to send you the guide or resource you requested, and to follow up personally about buying, selling, or your VA loan questions. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with third parties except the tools that run this site and my CRM (currently Airtable), which only I have access to.

Phone & text contact

If you give me a phone number, I may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask me to stop contacting you at any time, by reply, text, email, or phone, and I will.

How it's stored

Your information is stored in an access-controlled database I use to manage leads. The site itself runs over HTTPS, and form data is transmitted securely.

Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information I have on you at any time. Just reach out using the contact info below.
