What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site, request a guide, or use the calculators, I collect what you enter yourself: name, email, phone number, and any details you choose to share about buying or selling. The calculators don't send your inputs anywhere, they run in your browser.

How I use it

I use your information to send you the guide or resource you requested, and to follow up personally about buying, selling, or your VA loan questions. I don't sell your name, email, or phone number, and I don't hand your contact information to other agents or lenders. The only places it goes are the tools that run this site and my CRM (currently GoHighLevel), which only I have access to.

Tracking and advertising

This site uses three tracking tools. Google Analytics tells me how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they came from. The Meta pixel does the same for Facebook and Instagram, and it also lets me show ads to people who have already been here. That second part is called retargeting. If you visit a page about VA loans and then see one of my ads on Instagram, that's why. Microsoft Clarity records how people move through a page, where they scroll and what they click, so I can see which parts of a page are confusing. It hides what you type into forms.

Both tools set cookies in your browser and share some information with Google and Meta, including your IP address, what pages you looked at, and what you clicked. Under Texas law, sharing information with Meta so I can run ads counts as targeted advertising, and you have the right to say no to it.

How to opt out of ad tracking

Any one of these works:

• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Some browsers have it built in, and others need an extension. When it's on, this site does not load the Meta pixel or Microsoft Clarity at all, and Google Analytics stops using your visit for ad personalization. That happens automatically, you don't have to tell me.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Change your ad settings inside Facebook or Instagram, under Settings and then Ads.
• Email me at kyle@goodtxrealtor.com and ask me to stop. I'll take you out of my ad audiences.

Blocking the tracking will not break the site. Every page, calculator, and guide still works the same way.

Your rights in Texas

If you live in Texas, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to see what information I have on you, correct it, get a copy of it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising. Email me at kyle@goodtxrealtor.com and I'll take care of it within 45 days. There's no charge. If I turn your request down, you can appeal by replying to me, and you can file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.

Phone & text contact

If you give me a phone number, I may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask me to stop contacting you at any time, by reply, text, email, or phone, and I will.

How it's stored

Your information is stored in an access-controlled database I use to manage leads. The site itself runs over HTTPS, and form data is transmitted securely.

Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information I have on you at any time, and you can opt out of ad tracking using any of the methods above. Just reach out using the contact info below.
