Where I use AI
I use AI tools to help produce some of the content on this site and on my social channels: drafting and editing written copy, generating or enhancing images and video (including talking-head style videos of me), and captioning. It speeds up how fast I can share market updates, listing info, and VA loan education.
What stays real
Property details, prices, listing photos, and anything specific to a home for sale come from real sources, the MLS, the seller, or my own visit, never generated. Market numbers and figures are sourced, not invented. If a photo or video is AI-generated or AI-enhanced rather than a real photo or recording, that's noted where it's shown.
Why
I still write, review, and stand behind everything published under my name. AI is a production tool here, not a replacement for my judgment or my voice.
