Here's the short version. I'm Kyle Rohlfs. I served, I've got a VA loan on my own place, and now I help people buy and sell across Frisco and the North Dallas suburbs with @properties Christie's International Real Estate Lone Star. A good chunk of my work is with fellow veterans, because I know that benefit firsthand and most agents around here don't.

The way I work comes down to one rule: treat every client the way I'd want my own family treated. That means straight answers instead of a sales pitch, real numbers instead of hype, and the patience to talk through the downside of a house, not just the parts that help me close. We're not going to work miracles on every deal. But you'll always know where you actually stand, and the decision stays yours.
