Home inspectors
A sharp inspector saves you from expensive surprises. A good report tells you exactly what you're buying while you still have time to negotiate repairs or walk. Both of these send same-day reports with photos. On most homes you want the standard residential inspection, and on anything older, add a sewer scope.
